Love between two souls cannot hope to grow unless they first spend private moments alone together.
It is no different with God... Between the pages of Holy scripture He gently beckons us. If we linger with a loving wanting heart... He will come, He will come quickly, He will come tenderly, He will indeed come. He will not force Himself, but waits longing for you, as a lover pining for their beloved. "I AM here, He that comforteth you". Search, be wanting with a total thirsting heart, because His thirst is so much greater for you. listen for His gentle whispers, never stop for one moment searching for His gentle beating heart, His wounded heart, that forgives time and time again...Be very sure, you will find Him because He has the greatest need to be found, He so desires to be found... His gentle tender heart beat will quietly draw you, you have the greatest need to be drawn, He has the greatest need to be loved, He will come quickly, drawing you ever deeper into His unfathomable love.
