Veni Creator Spiritus

Almighty, all powerful,most tender loving God

Creator of Heaven & Earth of all living beings.

We your creation praise your name,we bow low our little hearts in adoration of love to you.

We petition to you, through you, by the power of the Holy Spirit which is you; draw us ever deeper into your unfathomable love.Hear the prayers of a little soul who makes petition on behalf of all you have called and have yet to call, Veni Creator Spiritus.

Foxes have holes and swallows have nests but the son of man has no place

Well it does not happen often, but I'm lost!

My little boat appears to have no apparent direction, although its compass is set to you Lord.

I directed the rudder to the little islands, trimmed the sails and even enjoyed the power of the spinnaker being fully inflated running before the wind! I thought I was going where you wanted Lord, but now I'm confused! Yes, but in this confusion there is great peace, therefore I know you love surrounds me and in your time all will become clear.

I have stood on your Word Lord and yes there is great need but, 'Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven'.

You sent your disciples out two by two, why am i sailing my little boat alone?

Please prepare a place and people for me! If not strengthen me for this voyage. Thy Will be done!

Ezekiel 36:24-28

'I will take you away from among the nations,
gather you from all the foreign lands,
and bring you back to your own lands.

I will sprinkle clean water upon you
to cleanse you from all your impurities,
and from all your idols I will cleanse you.

I will give a new heart
and place a new spirit within you,
taking from your bodies your stony hearts
and giving you natural hearts.

I will put my spirit within you,
and make you live by my statutes,
careful to observe my decrees.
You shall live in the land I gave your fathers;
you shall be my people,
and I will be your God'.

The garden party in the rain!

Special time is all about being together even on such a day as this when the rain came down more than the sun came out!
However, it made no difference as it was enjoyed by all.

Traits of the solitary song bird

It seeks the highest place;
It withstands less company;
It holds its beak to the air;
It has no definate color;
It sings sweetly!
To rise above passing things, paying no more heed to them than if they should not exist.
To be found in silence and solitude that it could less tolerate the company of another creature.
To hold ones beak to the air of the Holy Spirit, responding to His inspiration, that by so doing it may become worthy of His company. To have no definate color, desiring to do nothing definate other than the will of God; Singing sweetly in contemplation and love of its Spouse...This is this little song birds total desire!

The songs of angels!

I have a habit, that if I am inspired I feel compelled to capture it on my little camera, lest I should forget. Well for once I decided not to!
My time spent at the Poor Clare Colettine monastery was so private and special, I decided this picture was to remain at the gate and the rest in my heart.
Thank you mother and all you dear sisters' for allowing our dear Lord the time & space to whisper to my heart.

Our degree of Faith! 13/7/09 2.30p.m

This degree is one of pure FAITH!
I have no natural ability, in fact it has been said, that I make other peoples heads' hurt because I am soooooooooooo simple.
That, I regard a compliment to the Lords hard work within me!
This degree was the most challenging of things but one that was undertaken because after much prayer & listening to the whispers of our Lord: He inspired in my heart a journey that would be one made in love and courage to follow Him even when I had no strength of self to do so.
Our journey to the Lord is seldom one taken alone, and I was given the loving support of our little team in Heaven and on earth.
Thank you for being there through all the tears & messages of, 'I cannot do this anymore' & the replies of, 'O yes you can!'.
Today is all about praising Jesus for His endless gifts of love and enjoying the fruits of our labours' as a heavenly team! Love you all from the bottom of this very simple little heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
